Counselling in London and Southwestern Ontario
Connections Therapy provides counselling and psychotherapy to people in London and across Southwestern Ontario, including Stratford, Woodstock, Strathroy and St. Thomas. Sessions take place by secure video, so you can attend from home wherever you are in the region.

How virtual sessions work
You need an internet connection and a private space. We use a secure platform and follow the confidentiality standards of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Appointments are available weeknights from 5:00 PM and on weekends.
Fees and insurance
Sessions are 50 minutes and average $150 plus HST where applicable. We direct bill many insurers. See Rates and Benefits.
