Who we work with

Our clients come from all walks of life, and most find us because something in their day-to-day life isn’t working. You may be a good fit if you are:

  • Medical professionals, first responders and law enforcement. Our team has spent years working in hospitals, correctional settings and community mental health, so we understand how these systems work and what it is like to be part of them.
  • Adults with complex or developmental trauma. Trauma-focused work, including EMDR, at a pace you control.
  • People working days, shifts or long commutes. Evenings and weekends are our normal hours.
  • Parents and caregivers who can only book once the house is quiet.
  • Students who are in class during the day.
  • People navigating relationship difficulties, separation or divorce.
  • LGBTQIA+ clients.
  • Anyone who wants therapy without leaving home. Secure video across Ontario.
